Domain Registration, Renewal & Transfer Terms

Domain services purchased through KelTech.store may be fulfilled through ResellerClub and the applicable registrar or registry.

Registration

A domain request is not complete until the applicable registration system confirms it. Domain availability can change before registration is completed.

Registrant information

You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and keeping it current. False or misleading information can result in suspension or cancellation under applicable domain rules.

Renewals

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and monitoring renewal dates. Renewal pricing may differ from initial registration pricing. Expired domains may enter grace, redemption, auction, or deletion processes depending on the extension and registry rules.

Transfers

Transfers are subject to the rules and authorization procedures of the applicable registry and registrar. A transfer may require an authorization code, verification, or other information.

Privacy

Domain registration may require disclosure of registrant information to registries, registrars, and service providers as required to provide the service and comply with applicable policies.

Disputes

Domain disputes may be governed by applicable registry dispute policies and procedures in addition to KelTech's policies.
