Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital and online services

Because many KelTech services are provisioned electronically or begin immediately, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether the service has been provisioned, activated, registered, transferred, or otherwise delivered.

Domains

Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, and related fees may be non-refundable once submitted to or accepted by a registry, registrar, or upstream provider. Where an applicable registry or supplier permits a refund or cancellation, KelTech will follow the applicable supplier rules.

Hosting, email, SSL, and subscriptions

Cancellation normally stops future renewals. Refund eligibility for an already-started billing period depends on the specific product terms displayed at purchase and whether the service has already been provisioned or consumed.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or twice, contact us promptly with your order information so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct the charge.
